In the span of 20 minutes an employee diagnosed the problem with my bike, disassembled a portion of my bike, and helped me understand how to fix the problem. All free of charge. Another employee (who happened to be in on his day off) helped me find a part. When checking out another employee apologized for the long wait. I was impressed by their speedy and knowledgeable service and by their polite and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend High Road Cycles.
