The location under Arman made great strides in customer satisfaction but once he moved out its been all downhill. The current manager and team have absolutely no idea about customer satisfaction. Hopefully Hertz can get a handle on this and change the current management at this location.
Hertz is the worst rental agency I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service with people who have no idea of what they're doing. Pray that you do not have any issues with your rental car because you will be put through hell trying to get the right help.
Extremely helpful and cooperative. Vehicle pickup was quick and drop-off even easier. Will surely use them again in the future.
Staff is extremely helpful. I will admit the cars are not always the most clean.
