Also, during service they didn't rotate and even didn't remove a nail in the tire.
I have a Triple A membership. I picked up a nail in my tire and took it here in the hopes they'd patch it up. When I walked in I was told they have no time in their schedule for me. They did not offer a time/day when they would be able to do it. Not sure why I've been paying for this membership if I'm turned away & have to go somewhere else.
Biggest RIP OFF of my life. Car died in the morning. Got it towed there because AAA rep on the phone suggested them. Learned that lesson. Charged me $170 after having my car alll day doing "diagnostics" which resulted in them telling me "we don't know how to fix this you need to tow it I the dealer." ABSOLUTE SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Very had exp with car service. Took appointment for State inspection and was told to be ready for pick up after 2 HRs. When i stopped in after two HRs they didn't even picked my car. When i asked for pickup and drop very bad exp from the staff. I had to spend half of the day. They have to respect and responsible with members and their time.
Went to this location to plan a trip for my birthday never received an email or call. Unprofessional service and will never return. Highly recommend the Ardmore location for services this location is nothing but a joke. If you want a trip planned DO NOT GO HERE.
